Worx Vision is the big selling point here. No boundary wire, no GPS, just AI smarts to determine if this is the grass to cut or not. Needs a bit of thought and careful use of magnetic strips to protect parts of your garden, as well as your robot mower, especially if you have steps or water features in your garden. We found some room for improvement in the vision navigation, so it might need a firmware update or two to become even better.
Comes with the standard WORX battery (compatible with all their tools), and two year warranty, and in a first for Worx has an easy clean IPX5 deck. Zone set-up needs RFID tags and QR codes, so is more complex than you might expect. Overall solid improvements, funky looks, and an interesting glimpse of future tech we can expect in this space.
